Her career began as a musician after moving to Minneapolis and was introduced to Prince, who produced her self-titled debut studio album which debuted in 1993. Electra began modeling for glamour in 1996, making appearances in Playboy magazine. She then moved to Los Angeles where she made her acting debut as Lani McKenzie in the MTV drama show Baywatch (1997-1998). The actress starred on the reality show 'Til death Do Us Part. Carmen and Dave. Six also appeared in the animated show Tripping the Rift. Electra was later known for her parody movies including Scary Movie (2000) and Scary Movie 4 (2006). Also, she was a part of Date Movie (2006), Epic Movie (2007) and Meet the Spartans (2008). Get Over It (2001), as well as Disaster Movie (2008) are some of her other film credits.
